专利说明:
STABLE FLOOR WITH SPRING VALVE The invention relates to a stable floor comprising: - at least one first and a second spaced apart elongated floor part, wherein a gap is formed between the floor parts for discharging animal excrements; - a valve device arranged in the gap for closing this gap, the valve device comprising an elongated strip which is arranged with the longitudinal direction parallel to the floor parts at the top on the first floor part and which abuts with the bottom against the second floor part for closing the gap Such a stable floor is known, for example, from DE 202010004325. In this publication it is further proposed to move the edge of the second floor part, against which the strip rests, such that it lies, viewed in the vertical direction, outside the inflow opening of the gap between the floor parts. As a result, the strip will always abut the second floor part as a result of gravity. The strip according to this state of the art is made of a flexible material, such as for instance a rubber, whereby the strip bends easily when droppings fall through the slit. These droppings then fall into a slurry cellar fitted under the floorboards. Wind and the shape of the building can cause pressure differences around a stable building, as a result of which air is sucked into the vulture cellar through the slits in a part of the stable. On the other hand, it is also possible that local overpressure is created in the vulture cellar. In the case of excess pressure, the flexible strip according to the state of the art would have to be pressed against the edge of the second floor part in order thus to seal the gap extra. However, due to the flexibility of the strip and due to the pressure variations along the length of the strip, it can occur that air is sucked into a slurry cellar along one part of the strip and that air is blown out along another part of the strip. Due to the flexibility of the strip it can double fold due to the different air flows, as a result of which the strip no longer closes the gap between the floor parts properly. However, if the strip is made of a stiffer material, the strip will bend less easily under the weight of the droppings, as a result of which the gap between the floor sections can become clogged. In addition, the strip will deform evenly as it passes through the droppings, so that the gap opening will not be optimal. As a result, the resistance through the strip on the excrement will not be minimal, so that parts can remain behind on the strip and can contaminate it. It is thus an object of the invention to provide a stable floor with an alternative embodiment for the valve device, wherein the above-mentioned disadvantages are reduced or even prevented. This object is achieved according to the invention with a stable floor according to the preamble, which is characterized in that the strip of the valve device comprises a hinge zone extending over the longitudinal direction, parallel to the top. By providing a hinge zone in the strip, the strip itself can be made of a relatively stiff material, while it can nevertheless easily fold away through the hinge zone to allow droppings to pass. In addition, the stiff material ensures that the strip will not double fold due to different air flows along the gap between the floor parts. Furthermore, the hinge zone ensures that the strip hinges along a defined hinge line, whereby an optimum opening of the gap between the floor parts becomes possible when the strip hinges away. In a preferred embodiment of the stable floor according to the invention, the hinge zone is formed by a first material, wherein the remaining part of the strip is made of a second material, and wherein the first material is flexible with respect to the second material and wherein the second material is stiff with respect to the first material. Although the terms stiff and flexible on their own are not immediately clear, it will be clear in combination with the invention that a material must be chosen for the hinge zone that is sufficiently flexible to serve as a hinge, while for the remaining part of the strip, a material must be chosen which, with normal use of the strip in the stable floor, has little distortion and the shape of the strip, with the exception of the hinge zone, is retained. A stiff material can be understood to mean, for example, a material with such a stiffness that if the strip were completely made of this material, the excrements can no longer pass the gap. The flexible material of the hinge zone therefore ensures that the valve device can function at all. In a further preferred embodiment of the stable floor according to the invention, the strip is manufactured by co-extrusion of soft PVC for the first material and hard PVC for the second material. Soft PVC is a PVC to which plasticizers have been added to achieve more flexibility. The terms soft PVC and hard PVC are generally known to those skilled in the art and are often defined as follows: Property Hard PVC Soft PVC Density [g / cm -1] 1.3-1.45 1.1-1.35 Thermal conductivity [W / (m-K)] 0.14-0.28 0.14-0.17 yield point [kN / m2] 30,000 - 60,000 10,000 - 25,000 resistivity [Ω m] 1012-1015 Surface resistance [Q] 10 - ^ - 1014 ю ^ -ю ^ In a further embodiment of the stable floor according to the invention, the hinge zone comprises a film hinge arranged in the strip. A film hinge is a local dilution of the strip, whereby a linear hinge is formed. With a film hinge, a hinge zone can easily be provided in the same plastic, while the remaining part of the strip remains sufficiently rigid. In yet another embodiment of the stable floor according to the invention, the upper side of the strip is provided with a compressible rib, which extends longitudinally over the strip and wherein a groove is provided in the first floor part in which the rib protrudes into compression. With the compressible rib, the strip can easily be fixed in a groove in the first floor part. Moreover, the strip can also be easily detached again and replaced, for example, in case the strip is worn out. The compressible rib is preferably formed by two resilient parallel, curved flanges. In yet a further embodiment of the stable floor according to the invention, a profile cooperating with the compressible rib is arranged in the groove in the first floor part for forming a snap connection. Providing a groove in a usually concrete floor part is difficult. By embedding a profile in the concrete of the floor part, a well-defined groove can easily be formed, which can cooperate effectively with the compressible rib and thus form a snap connection. Thanks to the snap connection, the strip can be reliably attached to the first floor part, while the strip is still easily detachable. These and other features of the invention are further elucidated with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figure 1 shows a cross-sectional view of a stable floor according to the invention. Figure 2 shows a cross-sectional view of the valve device of the stable floor according to Figure 1. Figure 3 shows a variant of the valve device according to the invention. Figure 1 shows a cross-sectional view of a stable floor 1 according to the invention. This stable floor 1 has a first floor part 2 and a second floor part 3. The two floor parts 2, 3 are arranged at a distance from each other, so that a gap 4 is formed. The inflow opening 5 of the gap 4 is narrower than the outflow opening 6 to prevent droppings from the animals getting stuck in the gap 4. A valve device 7 is arranged in the gap 4. This valve device 7 has a strip 8 which is connected at the top to the first floor part 2 via a groove 9. Figure 2 shows the top side of the strip 8 in more detail. The strip 8 has a hinge zone 10, which is made of a flexible material, such as soft PVC, while the upper part 11 and the lower part 12 are made of a stiffer material, such as hard PVC. At the upper part 11 of the strip 8 are two resilient, curved flanges 13, which form a compressible rib. These curved flanges 13 can be pressed into the groove profile 9, with which a snap connection is established. This makes it possible to remove the strip 8 from the first floor part. Figure 3 shows a variant of the strip 8. This strip 20 is formed from one and the same material. Resilient, curved flanges 21 are also provided on the top for forming a snap connection with the groove profile 9. Below the flanges 21 a rejuvenation 22 is arranged in the strip 20. This rejuvenation 22 forms a film hinge with which the hinge zone of the strip 20 is formed. When pressure is exerted on the lower part of the strip by passing droppings, the strip 20 will pivot along the hinge zone 22 and release the gap 4 between the floor parts 2, 3.
